BOTH SETS OF MY GRANDPARENTS HAVE BEEN LAID TO REST HERE.
    GOD BE WITH THEM.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND YOURS BE LAID THERE.
BEFORE,2000 THEY WERE OKAY-ISH, NOW THEY ARE ONLY IN FOR THE $$$$$$.
THEY ARE LOW DOWN AND DIRTY, DISRESPECTFUL TO THE DEAD.
CAN'T EVEN HAVE A DECENT WEB PAGE.

    RESPECT US ALL

Went to visit my grandsons grave today which we go 2 or 3 times a week and when we arrived all of the stuff on his grave first taken off and thrown away. Went directly to the maintenance shop and the man was VERY rude and arrogant. He said straight forward "Oh, I threw it away." I asked him why and he said there was two funerals over there. None were close to my grandson. I asked why they didn't put the stuff back. He said "It's spring clean-up and we can't remember where it goes." I was able to get his flag and bracelet that he made his little friend when he was 5 years old. Where I found the flag, there was broken angels and plaques that we on other graves. I will be taking this up with corporate. They should not have someone that insentive in that position.

I usually don't do this but the service offer to me tonight was completely unacceptable. I got off of work at 4:30 and went straight to Olinger it is right down the street from where I work so I arrived probably bout 4:35. The man that usually takes my payment was on the phone up front and the lady that was at the front with him asked me to take a seat and when he was done he would be right with me. I always have to wait 45 plus minutes to pay this particular bill for my husbands grandparents grave marker. So I waited and after he finished his call I thought great I'll be able to make this payment and go home. Not the case he told the assistant to call someone else because he had to go. I fely bad for the girl as she continuously paged for another member to come take care of me. Finally she goes back to actually talk to one of them the man that usually helps me was the last one there and he had already left. Came home hoping to pay online no such luck now I have to find another time to pay this bill if it wasn't so important I would stop paying. They should consider themselves lucky I even bother going in every freaking month. I cannot wait until this is paid off so I no longer have to deal with these people. Please don't do business here you will always regret it.

  • My Uncle and Aunt chose this as their last resting place. As an Orthodox clergyman I have had dealings with many funeral homes , the Olinger Family of funeral homes is my preference of whom to deal with in the Denver area.
